Insurance is available in multiples of $5,000 (max $70,000) for $7 per month per $5,000 of insured goods.
Move in requirements: Must provide valid driver's license, credit card authorization, $40 deposit plus current month's rent (pro-rated).
Move-ins after the 15th require next month's rent paid as well unless Autopay option selected.
Deposit of $140 required without credit card authorization ($240 for units 10x15 or larger).
Pre-authorized payment plans (Autopay) available for VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & bank accounts.
Move outs: We will pro-rate a rent refund if unit is clean and no garbage is left behind.
Boat / trailer storage: Pull trailers only - no motorhomes. Proof of insurance required.
